摘要: 本文基于非期望产出超效率SBM模型,利用2010—2017年我国30个省(区、市)的投入产出数据测算地区工业绿色化协同创新效率及新旧动能转换指数,在此基础上,进一步运用基于经济特征空间矩阵的动态空间模型分析了工业绿色化协同创新及新旧动能转换对我国地区经济增长的影响效应。研究发现:绿色化协同创新效率的提高,在短期和长期均能促进本地经济增长,在短期内对周围地区经济增长有促进作用,在长期则会产生抑制作用;新旧动能转换指数的提高,在短期内会抑制本地经济增长,在长期会促进本地经济增长,无论在长期还是短期,均会促进周围地区的经济增长;工业绿色化协同创新和新旧动能转换通过供求交互作用传递其部分或全部经济增长效应。本文旨在揭示我国工业绿色化协同创新与新旧动能转换对地区经济增长的影响效应及作用机理,这对于实现我国地区经济的绿色转型和高质量发展具有一定现实意义。

Abstract: Based on the unexpected output super efficiency SBM model, this paper uses the input-output data of 30 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) in China from 2010 to 2017 to calculate the regional industrial green collaborative innovation efficiency and the conversion index of old and new growth drivers. On this basis, it uses the dynamic spatial model based on the economic characteristic spatial matrix to analyze the impact of industrial green collaborative innovation and the conversion of old and new growth drivers on China?s regional economic growth. We find that: The improvement of green collaborative innovation efficiency can promote local economic growth in the long term and short term, while for the surrounding areas, it can promote their economic growth in the short term and inhibit the economic growth in the long term. The improvement of the old and new growth driver conversion index will inhibit local economic growth in the short term and promote it in the long term; for the surrounding areas, it will promote the economic growth in both the long term and the short term. Industrial green collaborative innovation and the conversion of old and new growth drivers exert some or all of the economic growth effects through the interaction of supply and demand. This paper aims to reveal the impact and mechanism of China?s industrial green collaborative innovation and the conversion of old and new growth drivers on regional economic growth, which is of important practical significance to realizing the green transformation and high-quality development of China?s regional economy.
